There is no feature that allows you to download the entire game footage uploaded to FL-UX. We recommend keeping a backup file of the entire game footage outside of the FL-UX software.

Users with either the STANDARD or the STANDARD+ plan will be able to download individual playlists with sketches and text-overlays on them. 

We do not offer an “Arc” tool in the current version of the FL-UX software (Feb. 15, 2021). However, you can draw an arc using the “Freehand” tool.

No, the comments do not get shared along with the scene. Only the video gets shared to other channels in FL-UX. This way you can keep the comments made to a scene private to that particular channel.

Downloading in FL-UX only works on a tablet. The purpose of downloading a playlist is to view and make edits within the app without having access to the internet.

Exporting option allows you to produce an MP4 file of the playlist created in FL-UX so that you can share it with others using a different platform or keep a backup file.

To change the password, click on the three dots on the top right corner and click on “My Page” to make edits to your password.

Unfortunately, the current version of the software does not allow you to create folders. However, you can apply filters to only display certain events. Click on the triangular burger icon on the right of the search bar. You can filter the videos by a time range or specify whether it is a “Match” video or a “Practice” video. By creating multiple practice types, you can have more filtering options for “Practice” videos.

To create different practice types click on the three dots on the top right corner of the Home page first. Then click on “Master Data Management” > “Practice Type List” > “Add Practice Type” to create different practice types.

There is no limit to the video size you can upload, EXCEPT FOR MTS files. You can only upload video size up to 20GB for MTS files.
